All man’s systems of self-rule (government) are flawed and subject to corruption and abuse: capitalism, socialism, communism, dictatorship, monarchy, etc. They all exploit people to a degree. They just go about it in different ways. They are all pathways for selfish, power hungry, greedy people to manipulate and take advantage of others. The reason this is so is because the heart of lost man is deceitful and evil. The principle of self-serving evil will always worm its way to the top of any manmade system and exploit it for selfish gain and power. Some systems are temporarily better than others. They all have strengths and weaknesses that can be argued ideologically. But they are all flawed, and they are all temporary. Some last longer than others, but they all eventually fail. There is no such thing as the final solution. This will always be so…. Until… Christ returns to set up His eternal kingdom. This IS the reason for, and the final outcome of all human history as we currently know it. We do not control it, He does. He started it, and He will finish it.
